Sedikit motivasi

Which is more effective: working continually for 12 hours at a slow pace, or working for 4 hours in bursts of concentrated activity? If your average productivity per hour is close to zero (and be honest about this), 12 multiplied by almost zero is still almost zero. At the end of the day, when you look back at what you planned to do compared to what you actually got done, how do you
feel? Exhausted and demotivated.
